Class Descriptions​

Vinyasa Yoga
60 minutes

Vinyasa Yoga is commonly referred to as "Flow Yoga". It is a series of postures that string together so you can seamlessly move from one to the other using breath. Vinyasa flow can help to create a more balanced body, as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries since no two class is alike. It recognizes the temporary nature of things; we enter a posture, are there for a while and then leave. 

Yin Yoga
​60 minutes

Yin Yoga was developed to permeate deep into the connective tissues of the body, This helps to expand flexibility while energizing the body. It releases blockages and increases energy flow throughout your muscles and lymphatic system. Focusing on long held slow movements and breath work, Yin Yoga stretches the body deeply. It is wonderful for reducing stress on both the body and mind. 

Hatha Yoga
60 minutes

We will explore breathwork and movement, leaving you feeling centered and balanced.

Beginning Yoga Fundamentals
60 minutes

In this beginner friendly format, we will delve deeper into yoga poses to better understand them from the ground up. Expect to leave with a broader understanding of yogic concepts and principles. while still experiencing all the feel good aspects of a well-rounded yoga class.

Restorative Yoga
60 minutes

 This practice encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation.  Props are used to support the body and achieve comfort and relaxation.  The practice promotes activation of the parasympathetic nervous system to help the body rest, heal and achieve balance.

Yoga Dome Hot Sequence
75 minutes

A set sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises in a humid room that is heated to 102-104 degrees. This low-impact, meditative series is designed to work every muscle. joint and organ while supporting all systems and functions of the body. Additional benefits include injury prevention/recovery, stress reduction, improved focus and so much more!

Private Sessions

 Michele, Krysty and Lori are available for privates classes in the studio or the location of  your choice. Yoga is great for family reunions, girls weekends and pre-wedding.
