Class Descriptions​

Vinyasa Yoga
60 minutes

Vinyasa Yoga is commonly referred to as "Flow Yoga". It is a series of postures that string together so you can seamlessly move from one to the other using breath. Vinyasa flow can help to create a more balanced body, as well as prevent repetitive motion injuries since no two class is alike. It recognizes the temporary nature of things; we enter a posture, are there for a while and then leave. 

Yin Yoga
​60 minutes

Yin Yoga was developed to permeate deep into the connective tissues of the body, This helps to expand flexibility while energizing the body. It releases blockages and increases energy flow throughout your muscles and lymphatic system. Focusing on long held slow movements and breath work, Yin Yoga stretches the body deeply. It is wonderful for reducing stress on both the body and mind. 

Vin/Yin Yoga
60 minutes

A combination of the Vinyasa, flowing with movement and then settling into long holds with Yin.

Midday Mix
60 minutes

This class will incorporate various kinds of exercise, including wall pilates, and beginner yoga.

Restorative Yoga
60 minutes

 This practice encourages physical, mental and emotional relaxation.  Props are used to support the body and achieve comfort and relaxation.  The practice promotes activation of the parasympathetic nervous system to help the body rest, heal and achieve balance.

Heated Vinyasa
60 minutes

Studio temperature is set at 85 degrees to create a warm and comfortable environment.  This vinyasa practice is slow and gentle. 

Private Sessions

 Instructors are available for privates classes in the studio or the location of  your choice. Yoga is great for family reunions, girls weekends and pre-wedding.
